Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, target-driven, and results-oriented HR Sales & Operations Lead to drive business growth while ensuring the efficient delivery of our HR consulting, recruitment, outsourcing, training, and workforce solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, acquiring and managing corporate clients, overseeing the sales pipeline, coordinating operational service delivery, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The role requires a commercially astute professional with strong business development expertise, operational leadership, and the ability to translate client needs into high-quality HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients for recruitment, outsourcing, HR consulting, training, payroll, and other HR solutions.
• Generate qualified business leads through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, digital platforms, and outbound sales initiatives.
• Conduct client discovery meetings and needs assessments to understand workforce challenges and recommend appropriate HR solutions.
• Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial agreements tailored to client requirements.
• Lead contract negotiations and successfully convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer retention, repeat business, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
• Maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.

Operations & Service Delivery

• Coordinate the seamless transition of newly acquired clients from sales to service delivery.
• Work closely with Recruitment, HR Consulting, Outsourcing, and Operations teams to ensure timely and quality execution of client engagements.
• Monitor ongoing client projects to ensure service standards, contractual obligations, and agreed timelines are achieved.
• Resolve operational issues affecting client satisfaction and collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective actions.
• Develop and improve operational processes that enhance efficiency, service quality, and client experience.
• Monitor resource allocation and capacity to support successful project delivery.
• Ensure all client documentation, contracts, and operational records are complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards.

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for key corporate accounts.
• Conduct periodic business review meetings with clients to evaluate service performance and identify opportunities for additional HR support.
• Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the company's service offerings.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through responsive communication and effective issue resolution.

Reporting & Performance Management

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales, operations, and business performance reports.
• Monitor key business metrics and provide management with sales forecasts, pipeline updates, revenue analysis, and operational performance reports.
• Track individual and departmental performance against established KPIs.
• Recommend strategies to improve business performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, client relationship management, or HR services.
• Demonstrated experience selling recruitment, outsourcing, HR consulting, training, payroll, or related professional services.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Experience coordinating service delivery or operational activities is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling, solution-based sales, contract negotiation, and account management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
