Marketing Operations Lead

About the Job

• The Marketing Operations Lead is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the marketing engine to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
• This role sits within the Marketing & Digital Sales function of SATH Technology Consulting - a subsidiary company of SATH.
• It is the intersection of strategy, data, technology, and execution - ensuring that all marketing activities are aligned to business outcomes.
• The role owns marketing performance visibility, campaign orchestration, CRM integrity, and funnel optimization - enabling the business to scale predictably.

Main Responsibilities
Execution of Marketing Strategy& Plans:

• Translating business goals into data-driven marketing plans and KPIs.
• Drive quarterly and annual marketing planning cycles.
• Align campaigns with priority sectors (e.g., BFSI, enterprise accounts) and OEM focus areas.

Funnel Management & Performance Tracking:

• Own end-to-end funnel visibility (MQL → SQL → Pipeline→ Revenue).
• Define and track key metrics: MQL to SQL conversion rates, Cost per lead / cost per opportunity, Pipeline contribution from marketing, Build dashboards and reports for leadership (weekly,monthly, quarterly).

CRM & Marketing Technology Management:

• Own and optimize CRM systems (e.g.,Dynamics 365, HubSpot,Salesforce).
• Ensure data integrity, segmentation, and proper lead life cycle management.
• Manage marketing automation tools (email, nurturing, scoring models).
• Implement and maintain lead scoring frameworks.

Campaign Operations & Execution Support:

• Partner with Demand Generation and Partner Marketing teams to:
  • Set up and track campaigns.
  • Ensure proper attribution and tagging.
  • Monitor performance in real time.

Data & Insights:

• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
• dentify bottlenecks in the funneland recommend optimization strategies.
• Drive A / B testing, conversion optimization, and ROI analysis.

Budget Tracking& ROI Management:

• Track marketing spend against budget(including co-op / MDF funds).
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources based on performance.
• Provide clear ROI reporting for all major marketing initiatives.

Sales & Marketing Alignment:

• Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to define MQL / SQL criteria, improve lead handoff processes.
• Ensure feedback loops for lead quality.
• Support pipeline reviews and forecasting processes.

Job Requirements

• A good First Degree in any related discipline.
• 5-8+ years in Marketing Operations, or similar roles.
• Experience in B2B, consulting, or technology environments.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline visibility and marketing ROI.
