Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant outlets.
- The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, improve profitability, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all outlets.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and HSE standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and outlet teams.
- Monitor inventory, labour, and food costs.
- Analyze operational performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve escalated issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7years' hospitality operations management experience, preferably in QSR or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple locations and deliver business results.
