HR Assistant

Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources (HR) Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department.
• The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, staff engagement, and other HR-related functions while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of the Human Resources department.
• Support recruitment activities by posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants.
• Maintain accurate employee records in both physical and digital formats.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for newly hired employees.
• Prepare HR documents, reports, and employment-related correspondence.
• Assist with staff attendance, leave records, and payroll documentation.
• Organize staff training, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, FSLC, or OND with 0-2 years experience. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Knowledge of HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
