Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations & Growth Manager to oversee the daily operations of our home care and cleaning services business.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating field staff, maintaining high service standards, managing client relationships, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring efficient operational performance.
- This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational, customer service, and people management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in operations management within the Home Care, Cleaning Services, Facilities Management, or Hospitality industry.
- Proven experience supervising field staff and managing daily service operations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
