Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of E-commerce and Innovation to lead our digital transformation and grow our online presence.
- This role involves driving e-commerce sales, implementing innovative digital solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences for our luxury products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy to achieve growth targets.
- Oversee online store operations, ensuring seamless user experiences and high performance.
- Drive digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media) to increase traffic and conversions.
- Identify and implement innovative technologies for enhanced customer engagement.
- Collaborate with teams to curate and showcase luxury offerings online.
- Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of e-commerce experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles, preferably in luxury retail or beauty.
- Strong expertise in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and innovation strategies.
- Proven ability to drive online sales and implement cutting-edge digital solutions.
