Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Café Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient team management, smooth operational processes, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Supervise and manage café staff, ensuring punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Reconcile daily sales, POS transactions, and inventory records.
- Ensure prompt processing and delivery of customer orders.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and implement effective resolutions.
- Prepare operational reports using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and workplace hygiene.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food service or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Candidates must reside within the Lekki axis.
Working Schedule:
- Monday – Saturday
- 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required).
Salary
N250,000 Gross per month.
