Estate Security Supervisor

Requirements
- Minimum of an OND from a recognised institution.
- Must have formal security training from a recognised security training institution/company.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in estate, residential, corporate or similar security operations, with supervisory experience.
- Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver’s licence
- Must be able to operate and monitor CCTV surveillance systems
- Good knowledge of access control, including screening of residents, visitors, vehicles and deliveries.
- Ability to conduct regular patrols and maintain effective surveillance of the estate.
- Ability to identify, prevent and promptly report suspicious activities and security incidents.
- Basic knowledge of fire safety, first aid and emergency response procedures
- Ability to maintain accurate security logs, visitor records and incident reports.
- Must be physically fit, alert, disciplined and able to work day and night shifts
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- High level of integrity, honesty, professionalism and sound judgement.
