Location: Jakande, Lekki, Lagos Salary: Three Hundred Thousand Naira to Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira monthly Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday | Nine AM – Six PM Key Responsibilities
- Support daily clinic operations
- Supervise front desk and support staff
- Coordinate daily staff activities and patient flow
- Ensure patients receive prompt and professional service
- Monitor clinic readiness, cleanliness and supplies
- Support staff performance monitoring and reporting
- Handle and escalate operational or patient-related issues
- Ensure company procedures and service standards are followed
- Minimum 3–5 years’ supervisory, administrative, clinic, hospitality or customer service experience
- Proven ability to coordinate and supervise a team
- Strong communication, organisation and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive, responsible and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality or a similar customer-facing environment is an advantage
