Job Summary
- A Safety & Security Manager ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while protecting staff, facilities, and assets.
- They develop and enforce safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and oversee emergency response plans tailored to manufacturing operations.
- Security responsibilities include managing access control, supervising guards, and coordinating with law enforcement.
- The role requires investigating incidents, maintaining records, and recommending corrective actions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with knowledge of occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and security systems.
- A relevant degree, certifications, and experience in manufacturing safety are typically required.
Salary
N100,000 - N300,000 monthly.
