Warehouse manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, stock control, receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and organizational skills with proven experience in warehouse or inventory management. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and investigate discrepancies, damages, and losses.
• Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements.
• Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including attendance and productivity.
• Ensure proper warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Prepare regular inventory and warehouse reports.
• Liaise with Procurement, Accounts, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth stock operations.
• Implement measures to minimize stock losses and improve operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's Degree/HND in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or related operations.
• Experience in a retail, supermarket, FMCG, or distribution environment is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/warehouse management systems.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and accountability.
