Business Development Manager

Job Summary The Business Development Manager will lead store operations, drive sales growth, manage the Business Development team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring compliance with company standards and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the Business Development team to achieve sales targets. Drive business growth and maximize revenue opportunities. Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships. Monitor store performance and implement improvement strategies. Coach, mentor, and evaluate team performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Manage inventory, stock accuracy, and visual merchandising standards. Prepare sales and performance reports for management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations. Represent the Cascades Luxury brand professionally at all times. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3–4 years' experience in retail sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial position. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to drive sales and manage high-performing teams. Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and customer relationship management skills.
