Utility Operator
an FMCG / Pharmaceutical Firm - Ascentech Services Limited
Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable Utility Operator to operate and maintain utility systems, ensuring efficient and uninterrupted plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor boilers, WTP, generators, and other utility equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot utility equipment faults and report major issues promptly.
- Maintain utility logbooks and operational records.
- Assist with basic SS and MS welding/fabrication tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Requirements
- OND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of industrial experience, preferably in an FMCG environment.
- Practical knowledge of boilers, WTP, and generators.
- Basic knowledge of stainless steel (SS) and mild steel (MS) welding.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N150,000 Net monthly.
