Showroom Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Lead and supervise the showroom sales team to maximize sales performance.
- Monitor individual and team sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
- Review daily sales activities, customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Ensure proper follow-up on all leads and prospective customers.
- Develop strategies to increase walk-in customers and showroom conversions.
- Support sales executives in closing high-value or difficult deals.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the showroom.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, attractive, and properly maintained at all times.
- Ensure all display vehicles are properly positioned, clean, fueled/charged, and ready for customer viewing.
- Ensure vehicle keys, documents, accessories, and showroom equipment are properly controlled.
- Coordinate with logistics, inventory, after-sales, finance, and administration teams.
- Ensure company procedures and operational policies are strictly followed.
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
