We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Medical Director and Nurse to join our team at Noayes Group. As a Medical Director and Qualified Nurse, you will play a crucial role in overseeing medical operations and providing high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include managing medical staff, developing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise medical staff, including nurses and support personnel
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Conduct patient assessments and provide appropriate treatments
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license and certification as a Qualified Nurse
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
