Sales and Business Development
- Deliver sales presentations to understand client needs and successfully close deals.
- Implement plans to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively position offerings.
- Ensures product availability and reviews stock levels
Relationship Building and Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Identify customer challenges and ensure satisfaction by providing tailored solutions.
- Manage customer accounts effectively to prevent stock-outs and ensure optimal product visibility.
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Execute sales strategies in line with management directives.
- Track sales activities and monitor market trends to support informed decision-making.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to monitor performance and update leadership.
Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all sales activities.
- Provide actionable insights based on sales performance and market feedback.
