Job Overview:
Our client, a leading solar energy company in Nigeria, is seeking to hire a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative(Solar Energy) to drive sales and customer acquisition across Lagos, Ilorin,Calaabar, Benue, Kaduna and Abuja.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company's solar energy solutions, and building strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Job Description:
- Identify and engage prospective residential and commercial customers within assigned territories.
- Promote and sell the company's solar energy products and solutions.
- Conduct field visits, product presentations, and customer engagements.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
- Experience in the solar, renewable energy, telecommunications, FMCG, or related industry is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently.
