Business Development Officer

Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, building strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue.
- The ideal candidate should have strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Generate leads through networking, field visits, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and business engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Marketing, or Partnerships.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to work independently.
Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 monthly.
