Client Service & Business Development Executive Beautiful Ideas

Beautiful Ideas Group is looking for a Client Service & Business Development Executive who is passionate about building relationships, creating exceptional client experiences, and driving business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing enquiries, nurturing leads, supporting sales conversion, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer journey across the Group’s business units. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is highly organized, commercially minded, and committed to delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities Client Service

  • Respond promptly to client enquiries and requests.
  • Manage the client journey from first contact to project completion.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Follow up on quotations, proposals, and pending approvals.
  • Address client concerns professionally and proactively.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads across all business units.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitch documents.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients, partners, and referral sources.
  • Participate in networking events and business development activities.
  • Support achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets.
Sales Pipeline Management
  • Maintain and update the CRM and enquiry tracker.
  • Monitor lead status and conversion progress.
  • Prepare weekly pipeline and sales activity reports.
  • Track opportunities from enquiry through closure.
Marketing Support
  • Provide feedback on client needs and market trends.
  • Support campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in gathering client testimonials and project success stories.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in client service, sales, customer relationship management, or business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
