Ticketing and Reservation Officer

Job Summary
- As the Ticketing and reservation Officer, you will be responsible for managing flight reservations, ticket issuance, rebooking, cancellations, and other travel-related requests while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage flight reservations, ticket issuance, rebooking, cancellations, refunds, and other ticketing requests accurately and efficiently.
- Provide customers with information on flight schedules, fares, travel options, baggage requirements, and applicable airline policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Maintain accurate booking and transaction records while coordinating with airlines and other travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in ticketing, reservations, or travel operations within the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or similar ticketing / reservation software is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of airline reservations, ticketing procedures, fare rules, rebooking, cancellations, and customer service.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
