Furniture Showroom Officer

Job Summary
- We are hiring a customer-focused Furniture Showroom Officer to manage showroom customers, drive furniture sales, and deliver excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their furniture needs.
- Recommend suitable furniture products, designs and options.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly showroom targets.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and close sales.
- Maintain excellent showroom presentation and product displays.
- Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
- Keep records of customer enquiries, sales and follow-ups.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in furniture showroom sales, retail sales or home/interior products.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and close customers.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of furniture/products is an advantage.
- Well-groomed, confident and customer-focused.
- Must be willing to work in Lekki, Lagos.
- Candidates with direct Furniture Showroom / Home Furniture / Interior Products sales experience are strongly preferred. General sales profiles without showroom/retail experience may not be suitable.
Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 monthly.
