Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Real Estate Salary: ₦180,000 – ₦200,000 per month + Benefits Job Summary We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and experienced business development executive to drive business growth through strategic B2B sales and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and developing long-term partnerships within the real estate industry. This role requires a self-motivated professional who can identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and consistently achieve revenue targets while representing the company's brand professionally. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and convert new B2B business opportunities within the real estate sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and strategic business development initiatives.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value business deals.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reports on business development activities.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of proven experience in business development or B2B sales within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close high-value business deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is an added advantage.
