Communications Executive

● Develop and deliver monthly content calendars, keeping weekly posting targets and cross-platform publishing on schedule.

● Review copy and creative assets for grammar accuracy, brand guideline compliance, tone of voice, and visual consistency before publication.

● Coordinate video shoots and graphic design projects, managing turnaround time, shoot schedules, and creative approvals.

● Grow follower count, reach, impressions, and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X.

● Support campaign launches end-to-end coordinating cross-functionally to ensure creative assets are delivered on time and campaigns launch as planned.

● Manage relationships with photographers, videographers, influencers, and agencies to keep productions on track.

● Propose new campaign or content ideas and adopt trending formats and tools to keep the brands competitive.

● Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports with content and campaign insights and actionable recommendations.

● Draft and coordinate internal announcements, leadership messages, and change communications.

● Develop content that supports employee engagement, culture, and internal events (e.g. town halls, work anniversaries, staff recognition).

● Maintain internal communication channels (e.g. email blasts, WhatsApp/Cliq broadcast groups) with accurate, timely information.

● Support onboarding communications, ensuring new hires receive consistent brand and culture messaging.

● Work with HR and department heads to cascade key organisational messages clearly and on time.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.

● Minimum of 2 years  experience managing brand social media accounts and content calendars, ideally across multiple brands.

● Experience with internal communications newsletters, staff announcements, or employee engagement content.

● Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for brand consistency.

● Working knowledge of content and design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social/analytics platforms.

● Experience coordinating photo/video productions with external vendors, photographers, or videographers.

● Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders at once.

● Analytical mindset - comfortable pulling performance data into clear, actionable reports.
