COO

We are seeking an experienced, highly strategic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide operational leadership across a growing portfolio of businesses spanning Recruitment & Staffing and Travel Services.

Requirements

·8+ years of progressive professional experience as a COO, Operations Director, General Manager, or similar senior leadership position. · Demonstrable experience managing people, processes, and multiple business functions, while improving operational efficiency, revenue, and business performance. · Strong experience in building strategy, execution and business development. · Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills · Strong financial and commercial understanding

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement systems, processes and structures that improve efficiency and profitability.

· Translate the Founder’s strategic vision into clear operational plans and measurable actions.

· Monitor performance across business units and ensure targets are achieved.

· Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

· Establish accountability across teams and ensure responsibilities are clearly defined.

· Ensure that business activities are executed to the required standard and within agreed timelines.
