Your Role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will act as a true strategic business partner while leading the Human Resources department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing a team of HR professionals while ensuring the department continues to deliver high-quality support across the business
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management on all people-related matters, helping shape organisational strategy and culture
• Driving the full talent management cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee development
• Leading employer branding initiatives to further strengthen the company's already strong reputation on the Luxembourg market
• Developing and implementing HR projects aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and organisational performance
• Ensuring compliance with Luxembourg labour legislation and HR best practices
• Supporting business transformation initiatives and accompanying managers through periods of growth and change

Your Profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within a structured and international environment
• At least 3 to 4 years of experience in team management, with the ability to lead, support and develop HR professionals
• Strong expertise in recruitment, talent management, employee development and HR strategy
• Solid knowledge of Luxembourg labour law, enabling you to act as a trusted advisor to management
• Fluency in both French and German is essential
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach
• Natural leadership, strong sense of ownership and ability to work closely with senior management
• Desire to build and develop a long-term career within a respected and prestigious organisation
