New‑Energy Sales Representative (Solar & Energy Storage)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and explore new business opportunities: develop clients in Lagos and surrounding areas.
- Manage key clients and establish and maintain long‑term business partnerships.
- Execute business strategies set by the company and hit performance targets.
- Independently conduct product demonstrations and negotiate business contracts.
- Conduct regular on‑site client visits within Lagos.
Job Requirements
- College diploma or above.
- Minimum of 1‑year sales experience. Candidates with sales background in solar‑energy, diesel generator or CCTV businesses are preferred.
- Proven track record in channel development, business negotiation and deal closure.
- Familiar with PV modules, hybrid inverters or lithium‑battery energy‑storage products.
- Good English communication skills, competent in cold‑calling / cold visiting, able to work under performance pressure.
- Proactive working attitude, aged between 20‑30.
- Resident in Lagos and available for offline client meetings.
- Compensation: Base salary + high uncapped performance commission. Salary negotiable.
Salary Range
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
