Minimum of Agricultural Education (NCE)
A degree in Agricultural Science will be an added advantage.

Identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive sales growth
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market needs
Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
Analyze customer's needs, sales data and market trend
Duties and Responsibilities of Technical Sales Representative
Prospect and identify potential customers and opportunities
Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers
Product training and knowledge sharing with customers
Gather market feedback, competition- intel, and industry trends
Manage orders, ensure timely delivery, and resolve issues
Provides regular sales reports and updates to management
Key Performance Indicators
Achieve 100% sales targets
Increase 10% sales growth rate compared to previous year
Expand customer base by 2%
Provide accurate and timely sales reports
Timely zero balance at the end of each cropping season
