Channel Sales Manager (Solar & Energy Storage)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and explore new business opportunities: develop EPC contractors, solar installation enterprises and distributors nationwide in Nigeria.
- Manage key clients and establish and maintain long‑term business partnerships.
- Formulate and implement sales and channel strategies to achieve company performance targets.
- Compile technical proposals, conduct product demonstrations and negotiate business contracts.
- Track sales performance, analyze trends of Nigeria’s solar‑energy market, and submit regular sales reports to headquarters.
- Cooperate with pre‑sales and logistics teams to support project quotation and order delivery.
- Conduct regular on‑site visits to clients and partners in Lagos and other states.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum 3‑year practical working experience in sales or business development within the solar, renewable‑energy or electrical‑equipment industry. Candidates with existing resources of Nigerian EPC contractors and installers are preferred.
- Proven track record in channel development, business negotiation and deal closure.
- Familiar with PV modules, hybrid inverters or lithium‑battery energy‑storage products.
- Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Yoruba or Igbo is a plus.
- Proactive working attitude, strong business follow‑up capability, willing to travel across states for client visits.
- Resident in Lagos and available for offline client meetings.
- Compensation: Base salary + team commission + special bonus for major projects. Salary negotiable.
