Job Description

• Ensure that agreed sales targets, customer and logistics service levels are achieved or exceeded within agreed budget costs and framework of the business.
• Key person for the relationship marketing with the customers’ top executives (regular customer visits, personal contacts to users).
• Expanding of market position in all Industrial boiler field.
• Foresee future necessities in Sales and Services
• Direct management of customers in area of intervention
• Monitoring of competitor activities/market trends.
• Development of the country channel strategy in parallel with BU, implementation of sales strategy, marketing concepts in the country and sales channel/customer.
• Improve market position across all industrial boiler segments
• Achieve regional sales and budgetary targets; realize marketing & service goals
• Recruit, select, train, coach, audit, discipline, & motivate associates
• Develop customers through customer relationship building & management
• Act as a primary point of contact for collaboration with central functions
• Analyze user, customer and competitor trends; introduce sales countermeasures and propose product countermeasures as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or service engineering, or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role within a multinational company
• At least 4 years in a managerial or leadership position
• Proven ability to set targets and monitor performance against agreed objectives
• Strong product knowledge of industrial boiler systems and related technologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-cultural workforces and diverse teams
• Excellent coaching and training skills with a track record of developing team members
• Proven experience in P&L management and budget control
• Strategic planning and business development experience within industrial or manufacturing sectors
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly with senior-level stakeholders

• Postgraduate degree or MBA qualification
• Proven track record in developing and implementing regional sales strategies
• Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
• Knowledge of the industrial boiler market and competitive landscape
• Customer-centric approach with demonstrated success in relationship building and account management
• Experience in market analysis and competitor intelligence gathering
