Sales Manager (Lead Account Manager)

Responsibilities
- Ability to drive sales revenue and grow market share
- Skilled in developing, organizing, and managing a sales team
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategy
- Strong relationship management with customers, external groups, and partner organisations
- Ability to foster a customer-centric organizational culture driven by teamwork
- Ability to work and deliver on responsibilities with limited supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital productivity tools
Qualifications
- Minimum of a BSc / HND in a medical science-related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a managerial role in medical sales
- Experience in arthroplasties products sales will be an added advantage.
Salary and Benefits
NGN 500,000 - 600,000 (Gross)
