Proposed Candidate Eligibility Criteria and Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 3–6 years’ relevant experience in loan sales, credit marketing, or a similar role within a Microfinance Bank or Financial Institution.
- Proven track record in loan origination, client acquisition, and deposit mobilization.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and repayment structures.
- Good knowledge of the local market and target customer segments (particularly salary earners and SMEs).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned targets.
- Experience in an MFB is an added advantage.
