Sales / Admin Officer

About the Role

• We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales/Admin Officer to join a growing real estate brand in Lekki.
• The successful candidate will support the sales team, attend to clients and enquiries, coordinate administrative activities, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
• The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, organised, confident in communication, and comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from prospective and existing clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
• Provide clients with accurate information about available properties, prices, locations, and services.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.
• Schedule property inspections, meetings, and client appointments.
• Support the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, enquiries, and sales activities.
• Prepare and organise sales documents, reports, invoices, and other administrative records.
• Handle general office administration and ensure proper organisation of documents and files.
• Coordinate communication between clients, sales representatives, management, and other relevant parties.
• Assist with preparing weekly or monthly sales and administrative reports.
• Monitor and update client and property information as required.
• Support the team with social media and other marketing activities when necessary.
• Perform other administrative and sales-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in sales, administration, customer service, real estate, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage different responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and social media platforms is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be resident in or around Lekki, Lagos, with reliable access to the workplace.

• The ideal candidate is organised, confident, customer-focused, proactive, and sales-oriented, with the ability to handle both client-facing responsibilities and administrative tasks efficiently.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
