Accountant (Female)

Job Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements (Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position, Cash Flow)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare budgets and track expenses
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
• Handle inventory and fixed asset accounting
• Manage payroll accounting and statutory payments
• Initiate payment requests and confirm bookings.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Must be a Chartered Accountant.
• Female
• At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, with experience in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS, GAAP, etc.), financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vlookup
• A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and asteam member.
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Integrity, strong sense of accountability and responsibility, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
