Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve targets
- Develop customers and distributors
- Conduct field marketing and prospecting
- Market Mocuddles products to hospitals, maternity homes, supermarkets, baby stores and retail outlets
- Build and manage distributor relationships
- Prepare sales and marketing reports
- Support distribution, inventory and logistics.
What we're Looking for
- Sales/marketing/business development experience
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Target-driven and results-focused
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel across the Northern Region
- Knowledge of the Northern Nigerian market is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: N180,000 - N200,000 / month.
- Up to 1% — Personal Sales Commission
- N200,000 — Successful Distributor Acquisition
- N30,000/month — Transport Allowance.
