Marketer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a confident, proactive, and target-driven Marketer to promote the company’s properties, real estate projects, investment opportunities, and related services.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying prospective clients, conducting property presentations and viewings, building strong client relationships, following up with prospects, and converting qualified leads into successful sales.
• This role requires someone who is comfortable with field marketing, networking, client meetings, property inspections, presentations, and direct engagement with prospective customers.
• The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a professional appearance, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently while consistently pursuing sales and business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Sales Development

• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to promote the company’s properties, projects, and services.
• Identify potential clients and generate new sales leads through various marketing channels.
• Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients and investors.
• Promote available properties and investment opportunities to individuals, businesses, and other potential clients.
• Develop creative approaches to increase awareness of available properties and generate qualified leads.
• Work towards achieving agreed marketing, sales, and revenue targets.

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

• Actively seek out new prospects through field marketing, networking, referrals, events, digital channels, and other lead-generation activities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Qualify leads based on client needs, budget, location preferences, and investment objectives.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Identify opportunities to convert enquiries into property viewings, negotiations, and sales.

Property Presentation & Client Engagement:

• Present available properties and investment opportunities professionally to prospective clients.
• Clearly explain property features, pricing, location, benefits, payment options, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property inspections, viewings, and site visits with prospective clients.
• Organize and participate in client meetings and property presentations.
• Respond to client questions and provide accurate information about available properties.
• Help clients identify property options that align with their requirements and budget.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate property recommendations.
• Follow up with clients regularly and provide updates on relevant opportunities.
• Address client concerns, questions, and objections professionally.
• Support clients throughout the sales process and maintain positive customer experiences.
• Maintain relationships with previous clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Sales Conversion & Negotiation:

• Follow up on qualified leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Handle sales enquiries and objections professionally.
• Negotiate with clients where appropriate and within approved company guidelines.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to facilitate successful transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and completed transactions.
• Contribute actively to achieving individual and company revenue targets.

Market Research & Business Development:

• Monitor property market trends, pricing, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Identify emerging opportunities within the real estate market.
• Research potential customer segments and new markets.
• Develop and maintain a strong professional network.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, referrals, and new business development.
• Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer expectations.

Events & Promotional Activities:

• Represent the company professionally at property exhibitions, networking events, corporate engagements, and promotional activities.
• Participate in property marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Engage potential clients during events and convert enquiries into qualified leads.
• Support the company’s efforts to increase brand visibility and market reach.

Reporting & Recordkeeping:

• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions, property viewings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Update customer and lead information regularly.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, lead generation, sales progress, and conversions.
• Track follow-up activities to ensure prospects are not lost due to delayed communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of marketing or sales experience.
• Previous experience in real estate, property development, or a related industry is an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and client relationship management skills.
• Confident and comfortable engaging with clients in person.
• Willingness to participate in field marketing activities and property viewings.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, lead generation, and sales conversion.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM or customer management tools is an advantage.
• Strong networking and business development abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, property inspections, and viewings.
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Candidates should preferably reside in Abuja, FCT.
• Preferred age: 23–30 years.
