Position: Female Customer Care & Administrative Officer We are looking for a smart, professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care & Administrative Officer. Key Responsibilities- Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, calls, and messages professionally.
- Provide accurate information about the company’s products, services, and processes.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.
- Handle customer follow-ups and ensure timely responses.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, inquiries, and interactions.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.
- Manage emails, correspondence, and office communications.
- Assist with scheduling, meetings, reports, and other administrative tasks.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
- Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.
- Must be smart, presentable, and professional.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Must have a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in customer care, administration, or a related role is an added advantage.
