OOH Operations Executive (Hybrid)

Job Summary

• To manage the end-to-end execution of Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising campaigns, including billboards, lamp-posts, and digital screens.
• The successful candidate will serve as the key link between clients, the technical team, vendors, site owners, and regulatory agencies, ensuring that campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and according to agreed specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the execution of OOH advertising campaigns across various formats.
• Supervise the Technical Operations Officer to ensure accurate and efficient installations.
• Manage relationships with vendors and site owners to secure advertising inventory and ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Oversee billboard construction and related installation projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure campaigns are properly installed, maintained, and displayed as agreed.
• Track and manage inventory of advertising materials, equipment, and tools.
• Monitor campaign execution and provide reports on campaign performance, site conditions, and operational issues, supported with photo documentation.
• Liaise with relevant regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure all campaigns are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in OOH advertising operations or a related sector.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• A B.Sc. in Marketing is an added advantage.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
• Proven experience coordinating vendors, site owners, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
• Good understanding of OOH advertising operations, installations, and campaign execution.

What We Are Looking For

Salary
N270,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
