Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and persuasive sales/marketing executive to drive the growth of our car financing business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing prospects, and converting qualified leads into successful car financing transactions. This is a highly results-oriented sales role that requires a proactive professional who can actively source, engage, and close customers rather than simply respond to enquiries. Responsibilities:

• Market and promote OM EXOTICS' car financing solutions to prospective customers.
  
• Generate new sales leads through various marketing and business development activities.
  
• Consistently follow up on both self-generated and company-provided leads until they are successfully converted or properly qualified.
  
• Educate prospective customers on financing processes, deposit requirements, repayment plans, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.
  
• Understand customers' financial needs, budgets, and preferred vehicle choices, and recommend suitable financing options.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, applications, and conversions using the company's CRM or tracking system.
  
• Work closely with management and the finance team to ensure qualified customers progress smoothly through the financing and approval process.
  
• Achieve and exceed assigned weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.
  
• Represent OM EXOTICS professionally while maintaining the company's reputation and delivering exceptional customer service.
  
• Provide regular sales updates, pipeline reports, and market feedback to management.
  
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• A minimum of an HND in marketing, business administration, mass communication, or a related field.
  
• 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
  
• Experience in automobile sales, vehicle financing, banking, consumer lending, fintech, or financial services is an added advantage
