We are now recruiting a Call Center Operator (Mass Recruitment) for a Remote position. Please apply only if you match the criteria listed below. Compensation: Competitive + Performance Bonuses | Flexible Hours | Work From Home Key Requirements — Professional Experience:
- Strong verbal communication skills with a proven ability to convey information persuasively and close deals over the phone
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or customer engagement roles
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently
- Resilient and professional when handling objections — with the ability to convert rejections into opportunities
- Practical experience using CRM systems for accurate data entry, order recording, and customer management
- Ability to execute outbound calls, introduce products confidently, and guide prospects through a full sales cycle from lead to conversion
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, messaging platforms, and call recording tools
- Strong product knowledge development skills — ability to learn quickly and communicate features and benefits effectively to diverse customer profiles
- Must have access to a quiet workspace with a stable internet connection, a PC, and a mobile phone
