Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Operations Manager to oversee the smooth coordination and execution of day-to-day operations across the Group. This role is ideal for someone who can bring structure to a fast-paced, multi-department organization and ensure that people, processes, projects, resources, and timelines work together effectively. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Group and its various business units. Coordinate workflows across business units Establish and improve systems, processes, procedures, and operational workflows. Monitor ongoing projects, tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and team responsibilities. Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments. Support management in translating strategic objectives into clear operational actions. Track the progress of projects and identify delays, blockers, inefficiencies, and operational risks. Coordinate resources, materials, equipment, vendors, and logistics where required. Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. Monitor team performance, accountability, and adherence to agreed processes. Maintain effective systems for reporting, documentation, inventory, procurement, and operational tracking. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen business processes. Prepare regular operational updates and reports for management. Support the coordination of internal meetings, reviews, and follow-up actions. Work closely with project, finance, production, rentals, academy, and administrative teams to ensure smooth execution. Ensure that operational issues are identified early and properly resolved. Requirements Bachelor's degree in related field. 3–7 years of relevant experience in operations, project coordination, business administration, or a related role. Strong experience managing multiple teams, workflows, projects, or departments. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, or similar productivity tools. Ability to develop and implement systems and processes. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. Experience working in a creative, design, construction, manufacturing, events, rentals, education, or other project-based environment is an advantage.
