Business Operations Manager

Role Overview

• The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the entire business, ensuring seamless coordination between bespoke production, ready-to-wear processes, administration, and commercial performance.
• This role requires a highly structured, hands-on leader who can enforce discipline, eliminate inefficiencies, and build systems that reduce dependency on the Founder while improving productivity, revenue, and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management & Production Oversight:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end business operations
• Manage the full bespoke lifecycle (consultation → measurement → production → fitting → delivery)
• Ensure zero-delay production flow and minimal remake rates
• Supervise tailoring, beading, finishing, and production teams
• Enforce strict adherence to SOPs, timelines, and production standards

Business Performance & Revenue Optimization:

• Drive monthly revenue targets through operational efficiency
• Identify bottlenecks and implement immediate corrective actions
• Improve production output and reduce delays
• Ensure optimal resource utilization and cost efficiency

Administrative & Process Control:

• Manage vendors, procurement, and supply chain operations
• Ensure inventory accuracy and accountability
• Oversee order tracking systems to prevent delays or losses
• Enforce documentation of all processes (no informal/verbal workflows)

People Management & Accountability:

• Supervise staff productivity, punctuality, and performance
• Enforce discipline, structure, and accountability systems
• Identify underperformance and implement corrective actions
• Build a self-sustaining operational system

Customer Experience & Brand Delivery:

• Ensure a premium, seamless client experience
• Resolve client complaints and escalations promptly
• Maintain brand reputation through service excellence
• Collaborate with sales to ensure delivery satisfaction

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Prepare and submit:
  • Daily operational reports
  • Weekly production reports
  • Monthly performance summaries
• Monitor operational efficiency and improvement metrics

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in operations management
• Experience in a fashion house or production-driven environment is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to drive structure, accountability, and operational efficiency
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High attention to detail and execution focus

Work Structure:
