Job Tittle: Head of Marketing Location: Lagos Industry: FMCG Salary: Negotiable Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead the company’s marketing function, strengthen brand positioning, drive market growth, and deliver measurable business results. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing and brand strategy.
- Lead brand management, product marketing, campaigns, and market expansion initiatives.
- Drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and translate consumer insights into actionable strategies.
- Lead and develop the marketing team while ensuring delivery against KPIs.
- Track marketing performance and provide strategic reports and recommendations to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ marketing experience, including leadership experience.
- Proven experience in FMCG, manufacturing, production, or consumer goods is required.
- Strong commercial, analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable marketing and business growth.
