Job Summary
- We are looking for a sound commercially driven sales leader to take ownership of revenue generation channels and build a high-performing sales function.
- This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to find opportunities, build a pipeline, close deals and turn commercial strategy into measurable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales and revenue growth strategy.
- Own revenue targets, sales pipeline and conversion.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Lead acquisition of clients, merchants and commercial partners.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Drive partnerships that translate into measurable commercial value.
- Establish sales processes, targets, reporting and performance standards.
- Track market trends, customer needs and competitive opportunities.
- Provide regular revenue forecasts and performance reports to management.
- Develop strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention and revenue.
We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales leadership, business development or revenue management.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, pitching and relationship-management skills.
- Commercially minded, strategic and highly results-oriented.
- Industry experience in technology, digital platforms, fintech, e-commerce, media, telecommunications, hospitality, tourism or other fast-moving consumer/business services.
- Strong leadership and team-building ability.
- Experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Ability to turn opportunities into actual revenue, not just conversations.
Salary
N1,000,000 per month.
