Shop Manager - Infotech Solutions

Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Shop Manager to oversee our retail operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT retail shop.
- Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and prevent stock losses.
- Oversee product displays and maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and management on stock availability and new product launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years' experience in retail management, preferably in the IT, electronics, or technology sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer relationship skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
