Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations across all branches
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Recruitment, onboarding, training and development
- Ensure timely staffing across branches
- Monitor attendance, performance and compliance
- Improve staff retention strategies
- Handle disciplinary and employee relations
- Maintain employee records
- Conduct HR audits and branch visits
- Advise management on HR matters
- Ensure labour law compliance
- Prepare HR reports.
