Account Officer - Infotech Solutions

Summary
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Account Officer to join our finance team and support the company's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation.
- Process payroll and statutory remittances as required.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with year-end accounts.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the IT, technology, or related industry.
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, ATS, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
