Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, team leadership, and achievement of business targets.
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills within the hospitality or wellness industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead and supervise the branch team to achieve operational and revenue targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve client concerns.
- Monitor facility maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
- Manage branch inventory, budgets, reports, and operational performance.
- Coordinate staff training and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in spa, hospitality, or operations management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of spa operations, hospitality, or retail management is an added advantage.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
