Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience within the HMO / Health Insurance industry, with a proven ability to generate leads, acquire corporate clients, build strong business relationships, and drive enrolment growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HMO and health insurance market.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into corporate and individual clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, brokers, agents, and other business partners.
• Conduct corporate visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Follow up on proposals and prospective clients to achieve sales targets.
• Promote the company's health plans, products, and services.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, health awareness programmes, and corporate activations.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects and provide regular marketing reports.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent client onboarding and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing / sales experience in an HMO or health insurance company.
• Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain corporate relationships.
• Good knowledge of the Nigerian HMO/health insurance industry.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
• Must be resident in Lagos or willing to work from the Lagos office.
