Product Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

Role Summary

• We are seeking a commercially driven and data-oriented Growth Manager / Product Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, product adoption, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing growth initiatives that increase active users, drive loan disbursements and savings adoption, strengthen brand visibility, and improve customer retention.
• This role is ideal for an experienced fintech marketing professional with a proven track record of scaling digital financial products through strategic marketing, partnerships, and performance-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Customer Acquisition:

• Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies that drive sustainable business growth.
• Increase active users across lending and savings products through digital and offline initiatives.
• Design and optimize customer onboarding journeys to improve activation and retention.
• Build and manage referral, ambassador, and customer advocacy programmes.
• Improve customer lifetime value through engagement and repeat product usage.

Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Execution:

• Develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing financial products.
• Position products effectively to meet customer needs and market demand.
• Gather customer insights and market intelligence to support product improvements.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to enhance customer experience.

Business Development & Strategic Partnerships:

• Build strategic partnerships with employers, payroll providers, cooperatives, fintech partners, SMEs, associations, and other distribution channels.
• Identify new market opportunities that support business expansion.
• Lead partnership discussions, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Develop partnerships that generate measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Marketing & Brand Growth:

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Oversee content marketing initiatives across social media, email marketing, and other customer engagement platforms.
• Work closely with creative teams to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.
• Optimize marketing performance using analytics and customer insights.

Performance Management & Analytics:

• Monitor acquisition funnels, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly growth performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Track and optimize key business metrics, including customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, coach, and develop a small growth and marketing team to achieve business objectives.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize team productivity and campaign success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Development, within financial lending environment or broaderfinancial services industry
• Practical experience driving revenue growth within the fintech or financial services industry; demonstrated success driving customer acquisition, and product adoption.
• Experience working with leading fintech organizations such as digital payment, lending, or financial service providers is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM platforms, analytics, and performance marketing.
• Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and execute scalable growth initiatives.
• Must reside on Lagos Island or its environs.

Remuneration

• N400,000 - N500,000 monthly
• Performance Bonus.
