Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound sales calls to prospective customers from provided leads or contact lists.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify potential leads by assessing their needs, interests, and purchasing intent.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches that highlight the product's or service's unique selling points and benefits.
- Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns confidently, providing relevant information and solutions to overcome objections.
- Closing Sales: Actively work towards closing sales by guiding potential customers through the sales process and handling necessary paperwork or online transactions.
- Follow-Up: Maintain a follow-up schedule to nurture leads that are not yet ready to make a purchase, keeping them engaged and interested.
- CRM Usage: Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulations and company policies, especially regarding Do-Not-Call lists and consent requirements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Feedback: Gather and provide feedback to improve product offerings, pricing strategies, and sales processes.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- B.Sc / HND / ND / SSCE in any discipline from a recognized institution
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Must be an expert in IT especially excel
- Must be able to deal with multinational organizations
- Must be able to draft proposals for multinational organizations
- Must Reside in Lagos.
